Only You Hold the Truth to Your Power

Share this:

What’s Your Power Score?

From 1 to 100 (higher numbers indicating more power), how powerful are you?  Are you a 90? or a 35?  Think of a number and write it down right now — this is your PS (Power Score).

What does it mean to you to be powerful?

Power comes in all shapes and forms.  For example, powerful can mean any of the following:

  • Influential
  • Strong
  • Authority figure
  • In control
  • Wealthy
  • Change agent
  • Community builder
  • Intelligent
  • Good decision maker
  • Confident
  • Resilient
  • Fighter
  • Problem-solver

What other words would you add?  ______________________________

We are ALL powerful…

The moment you begin to allow others to make you feel disempowered, that’s the moment you have failed to honor your truth.

The truth is, there is not a single person in the world that really knows YOU and your POTENTIAL.

Only you do.

It is illogical to allow others to underestimate you, disempower you or bring you down.

Empower Yourself

Free yourself of other people’s beliefs and expectations of who you are and what you can accomplish.

Shut down the voices of your mother/father/husband/boyfriend echoing in your head, telling you that you’re not good enough, smart enough, or powerful enough.

Only you hold the truth to your power!

If you gave yourself a Powerful Score of less than 95, you have some serious thinking and reframing to do.  Give yourself permission to grant yourself a PS of 100!
