This is an advice column’s intention is to give advice for your modern issues, with soul. In modern day life we are always go, go, go and sometimes we don’t get a break. This advice column is to provide you a moment to pause, to go inward, and to share whats on your mind, and ask what you really want to know. Talking with a friend, or partner, or family friend is great but at times it doesn’t cut it. Maybe you need more- advice from a professional- Well, you’re in luck.
We’ve searched high and low for hip therapist that had the perfect balance of telling the real deal truth, while being psychologically savvy, and modern. There are few latina therapists/life coaches in the field out there that really understand what you are going through while keeping their advice actionable and cool. Therapy can sometimes come across as boring, and seeking advice can sometimes be viewed as something only teens do in high school. Not anymore. because as Christine says “therapy is cool” and there is nothing sexy about being miserable.”
