On the heels of a very exciting week for the ELLA Leadership Institute, ELLA’s Founder & CEO, Dr. Angelica Perez-Litwin, has been named one of Hispanic Business Magazine’s 2013 Hispanic Business Influentials!

Noted for her work as an entrepreneur, social media influencer, and mental health professional, Dr. Perez-Litwin joins 49 other Latino movers and shakers on the well-rounded list, including this weekend’s LATINAS THINK BIG honoree Monica Gil!

The daughter of Dominican immigrants, Dr. Perez-Litwin has dedicated her life’s work to uplifting the Latino community, and leveraging Latinas’ impact in social media, business, government and beyond. She founded the ELLA Leadership Institute–and subsequently, the LATINAS THINK BIG National Tour–to equip Latinas with the resources necessary to create social impact, political change, and personal empowerment. To date, Dr. Perez-Litwin has hosted two wide-reaching TEDx-style LATINAS THINK BIG events, and is currently planning a one of a kind Leadership Training Conference to be held at Columbia University the weekend of April 18, 2014.
